  Alright... I ordered 5 combos initially, then switch to 6 combos. The cashier at the drive-thru messed up my order REALLY BAD. I had coupons that were refused by the guy, he charged me only two combos and the special big mac with a medium fries. I specifically said 5 combos with the coupons, a big mac and a medium fries and a medium coke on the side. He charged me 4 combos and a big mac with a medium fries AGAIN. The guy taken my order retort to me by saying I didn't say it and I messed up my orders. Drive-thru is tough as HELL but not with this attitude!
  
  Needless to say, I was so fed up for not being heard. I had to get the orders right otherwise, I will be hearing complaints from 5 hungry people.  
  
  This McDonald's meh.... I have been there a couple of times. For the first time, I had such a big order and it was a headache. I have been served better elsewhere and with less headaches. Supervisors didn't really care that much.

  There is a rude Quebecker madam works in this Mc.I hope she knows what is the polite language .Her uniform is different as the others.I have never seen that costumer was waiting in line and casher left when it's my turn..

  24 hours
  Has a drive through
  
  That makes is a winner in my book.
  
  This, along with Como's pizza and a&w la prairie are my go-to midnight food haunts in Brossard.

  My experience here has been nothing short of bad.
  
  1) In line for 10 minutes. As soon as it's my turn, they close the cash register on me and tell me to go to another line...not even asking a fellow cashier to take me first. This happened at least 3 times to me before I quit going there.
  
  2) During coupon promotion...friday night...supper rush at 7pm...only 1 cash opened. But of course, there's nobody telling the customers that, so the lobby is jammed-packed with people standing randomly all over the place and we don't know where to lineup. No crowd control.
  
  3) They don't respond to complaints. My friends and I have written numerous times and even asked for a follow up. No such luck. McDonald's head office sends them the feedback but that's as far as it goes. This is a privately-owned franchise that couldn't give a rat's ass.
  
  4) Not the cleanest lobby either. Saturday night at 10pm, there are burger wrappers, ketchup stains, and fries on the floor.
  
  If you're a Brossard-er that really needs a McDonald's fix, then there is a new one at Dix30 and another one in the C-Section near the highway (behind Maxi). Those are likely better options. Wal-mart one is good too, but has a limited menu.
